Bright Light Lane Launches Rollin’ Dough Mobile Pizza Food Truck at Paray Festival 2025

Bright Light Lane Inc. proudly launched the Rollin’ Dough Mobile Pizza Food Truck during the Paray Festival 2025, held from September 24 to 29 in Irosin, Sorsogon. The truck was stationed at the Camalig Bank – Irosin Branch, V&B Balderama Building, serving festival-goers with freshly made, brick-oven pizzas throughout the weeklong celebration.

Rollin’ Dough is one of the extension projects under The Porch, one of the five core programs of Bright Light Lane Inc. The initiative serves as a traveling social enterprise that brings together culinary training, livelihood opportunities, and community outreach—delivering not just meals, but also skills and inspiration to surrounding areas.

To mark its launch, Rollin’ Dough offered festival promos featuring its 14-inch specialty pizzas: Rollin’ Cheese, Pepperollin, Alfre Dough Mushroom, and Special Pepperollin Sausage. Guests enjoyed freshly baked pizza served straight from the mobile kitchen, creating a lively and flavorful experience at the festival.

The event also featured the soft launch of The Porch Mobile, with its coffee machine making its first public appearance. Guests enjoyed a taste of hot and cold brews, matcha, and more, giving a preview of the upcoming café-on-wheels concept.

Through projects like Rollin’ Dough, Bright Light Lane Inc. continues to advance its mission to uplift underserved communities by expanding access to livelihood, education, and sustainable resources, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
