Partnerships

BLL Tuklas Sinag Philippines Inc. is the official implementing partner of Bright Light Lane, Inc. in the Philippines.  TUKLAS  is established  to serve as a corporate social welfare organization committed to community building and poverty alleviation through sustainable livelihood programs and educational scholarships. 

It shall identify, support, and develop grassroots initiatives that empower marginalized individuals and families by equipping them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to become self-reliant and productive members of society. 

TUKLAS shall implement inclusive and transformative social development projects, focusing on capacity-building, vocational training, entrepreneurial support, and academic opportunities, with the end goal of fostering long-term, community-based solutions to poverty and promoting a culture of innovation, resilience, and shared progress.
